Yes Jill I had a bone scan 18 months ago,I have had a few broken bones. Its not realy a problem so long as i dont have to many falls ha ha, to be honest the only way you know if you have it is through a bone density scan. I had a hystorectomy soz cant spell that wen i was 35, wich brought on the early menopause (and i am still having flushes and im 53yrs) tc xx

hi and welcome to the forum i am recently new on here too and everyone is very friendly. i am 35 this year and was diagnosed in feb this year. im on methotrexate. i guess it is only really sinking in with me still what it all means. sounds silly but it took a while to accept it wasnt going to go away. its great to read that people still can crack a giggle when times are not so good and it does help to lift your own spirits!!! thanks all tc x

So glad I found this site too - it`s full of valuable information - the drs can only do so much for you but you have to go through the disease and pain yourself to really understand the effects, so it`s good to read from other sufferers about their experience with it.

Just to warn you - I tend to talk alot !!

Your right Jeanie it is good to have others who do know what u go through everyday. im at the hospital tomorrow to be screened for the anti TNF, i am scared cos u never know what effects these drugs have on you. I guess you all know that feeling!!! hope your all doing ok today. hugs xx
