I'm sure i've read somewhere that pregnancy can trigger R arthritis.
But what i don't know is whether it will go away again once the pregnancy is over.

It can occour/ be triggerd after pregnancy and apparently during pregnancy some people have little or no symptoms but when pregnancy ends they have a huge flare up. Hope that makes sence.

Hi Jill,

I suspect i have had flare ups after each of my 3 pregnancies, and as my youngest is only 6mths i was wondering if soon the pains will go and not return? But guessing not in your case sadly.

Hi Millie, im like most of us in here, on the last resort meds, and they have helped a lot, if only I had them years ago, wls have saved me having 7 ops.....thats the past now, anyway, my youngest is n ow 11, and since 2002 its been hell.....less flare ups now due to the Enbrel, but still i get Tendon degenration, and there isnt any meds for that, get lot of nerve pain shooting down arms and legs...its nasty, but there ya go, cant win them all....does get me down, but know the support on here is brill....hope u remain well, and if u feel a tad worse, get bk on the meds(after u have finished feeding ya baby....boy/girl? x
