Hey Jill! I dont have Lucy as a friend on facebook yet but Ill force her to add me when she gets back lol. Im sure her op got brought forward a few days so she'll prob be having it or has had it already!
Had all me MTX and Etanercept last night and i feel crap again : ( I dont think its quite as bad as last week coz I have stayed in work all day! lol
Im not really thinking about the op to be honest lol Its 4 weeks today! Arghhhh! its gonna be fine though. Got a bit freaked out though coz .......... Goin home coz its 5 oclock, Ill finish this when I get home! haha

.......right anyway! I got freaked out coz my friend that died actually died from DVT. A week before she died I was signing the form saying I understand the risk of blood clots and that they can result in death. Not once did I ever really take it seriously!

Verity blimey, same for me when i had my GB op, we think OK! and sign away.....did your friend recently have an op?? Verity, PLEASE dont let this affect u, when u see your anesthtist(cant spell that word LOL) tell him your fears......I told them mine, and they were amazing, Besides Verity, your a Positive strong chicky OK.....((((HUGE HUGS)))))) xxx

crap....sent some posts, have the GB out and the friggging Gastritis(inflamed stomach lining) is the problem, infact, when I was having the GB? attacks, It infact seems now it was the Gastritis .....glad GB gone,, that had to go, but gastritis is proving difficult V, cant eat much, peed offf....never had tum probs b4....cant get over this, thinking of having inj MTX instead of the tabs, less tabsd that go into me the better, even cut down my morphine, think id rather have fat joints, than swollen tum, so painful......hey ho.....early days yet, gp sais its the gastritis along with the GB op, said even tho keyhole, was still Major op, he said keyhole is kinda violent lololol tc x

Jill thats awful. You sound like its gettin to ya so it must be pretty bad. Whatever happens, remember you can take anything : )Youre so so strong and it wont be like this forever (it wont will it?). I reckon having the MTX injections is a good idea, like you said the less that goes in the better at the mo. Sometimes I actually feel relieved that I have body pain but that its not stomach pain. I absolutely cant stand stomach pain, it makes me so miserable. Sending all my love hun, take care xx

Hi V.....hate tum pain too....I felt relieved after my op taht i only had joint pain LOLOL...that how bad it was.....getting sharp stabbing pains in upper abdo, where ribs finish(middle) grrrrrrrrrrrrr.....hope ya well Verity xx

Hellooooooooooooooo guys ive left a new thread and then went on the hunt for you two. Hiw are you both? You not to good Verity? Oh noooooooo thats no good is it :( How are you recovering Jill and whats the latest with you? I had my op on Wed and came home On Mon. I havnt posed earlier as I have been a bit sick from the meds and the general anaesthetic but feel tonnes better now. Verity I know your ops coming up hun and I just wanted to say it will b absolutely fine. I have no arthritis pain now at all in that hip. It is soooooo amazing honestly you wont belive it possible. Anyway when your on next add me on facebook (I saw earlier) Lucy Salisbury.....you till Jill. We can have a natter and a catch up on there. Love Ya Lucy x

Hey lucy!! Thats fantastic news!! Im so so pleased for you! (and a bit for me coz of my op lol) Ill def add you on facebook tonight. Im feeling a lot better now actually coz Ive just started on etanercept with close to miraculous results lol Im still in pain without me painkillers but they actually help now. They take a lot of the pain away rather than just dulling it a bit. I must go..... Speak soon xx

Hi gals....V, thank god thats good news, and Lucy so happy for u 2....well Gall Bladder was removed two weeks thurs(tomoz) intitally did good for the first 4/5 days, and then BIngo...dammm pain back in tum...middle of ribsd, upper abdomen...went to see my gp, ive still got Gastritis(inflamed stomach lining) so was shocked after having the GB removed, feeling good for a few days, and then the pain was back.... however, im now learning to accept my Gastritis, im eating bland food, and im feeling a little happier, Ive decided im in control of my tum, rather than the other way round, But i do have to be very careful....feel ok today, only lickle pain.......going scotland at weekend with my sis, shld be fun.....long journey, but dont cvare, going to see m8s....need the break! bit worried, but im goona take my sloppy porridge and boiled sweets hehahehahe xxx
