Hi Wolf! Interesting name, is there a reason behind it? Are you really hairy? lol Are you not taking any medication at all at the moment? Also, do you have a rheumatologist/consultant that you see? Take care xx

Hey Wolf! Do ya have regular blood test with the MTX? What are your bloods like? Coz if they show the meds aren't helping they should be putting you on something else. Maybe Anti TNF? When you say 'give up living' what do ya mean? Do you do a job that stresses out your arthritis or was he just being ignorant?

Hi wolf! As Verity said! It may be time for an anti TNF/Biologic. I'm on Mtx injections, pred, depot steroid injections and morphine for the Pain and still struggling. Saw Rheumy on Monday and He reckoned it's time for a Biologic but just needs to check some things out first. Also If ur on Mtx pills it might be time to convert to injections because I was on the pills for ages with no effect (still lots of pain & High CRP & ESR) Rheumy said pills weren't being absorbed so changed to injection. I hope u find a good route soon! Go well! X
