Subject: HELP

My GP thinks i might have cervical spondilitis - not even sure if i have spelt it properly - i am 39 and has come as a shock as i only went in with a sore shoulder.
I can't find much info on this type and i wondered if anyone here has had similar or the same - i would be very grateful for any advice or help that anyone could give me
Many thanks if you take the time to reply.

Hi David, you could try the Arthritis Care Helpline - they might have some information. ARC also produce some excellent booklets so you could try them as well. There are links to both from this website.

It is a shock when you're told things like you have been & it will take some time to adjust. You really need to talk to someone who has also been diagnosed with Cervical Spondilitis. Hopefull someone will contact you from this site - but it may take time.

Hope this has been of some help...

Good Luck - Cherie
