If i'm still suffering after my next 2-3 mtx injections i'll be put on one of those. Research I've done and taking to others, they seem to work well alongside mtx

Anybody know what happens when you come off enbrel/humira? Tried methotrexate for over a year, when I came off it my condition worsened despite consultants reassurances that this would not happen.

Hey Sarah, I had my first humira injection 2wks ago but seems to have helped a little already. But my dad has been on humira now for 10yrs - he injects it himself so it means less trips to gp or hospital, has got control of his arthritis which is more setteled now. I was on infliximab previusly another anti tnf but reacted to it so now trying humira I am being trained to inject mine at the moment - it is really easy to do and is just a sting sensation when you do it. Hope it works for you too Kirsty
