Tom, I appreciate your hard work in helping us disabled peeps in here(im assuming U r the same Tom in previous posts recently, anyway, I went into ansa your 6 questions, thinking they r all about Arthritis, and I ansda one question about Triangles, how many trainglkes can u see etc, then it takes me into a stooopid Fiat advert, about HOW TO WIN A CAR!!! and to ansa 5 more questions etc etcv...I hate this rubbbish, its that kinda thing we lot get all the time.... so not happy with that at all"!" R u the same Tom designing all those arthritc shower heads??

Hi Jill - i had no other way of uploading the questionnaire document for people to use, so i uploaded it to megaupload , your meant to click on "DOWNLOAD" and ignore the adverts. Sorry for the misunderstanding. if you like I can email you the document instead?

Hi Tom, ¦Tried twice to send it via attachements.... lolol im so rubbish at that, will get daughters to help me send it to u..... ok, that arrangement is so much better Tom, sorry for being a cynic, but wow have we had some dodgy people wanting us to buy stuff......Your designs look amazing, Guys Everyone in here needs to look at Toms designs and ansa a few questions.....keep up the good work Tom, will send email to u soon, cos I ant wait to know what All the uses r for, I only came upo with 3..sorry lolol
