Go to your GP. My daughter used to have them A LOT [ and still does occasionally ] but hers were due to the veins inside her nose were very fragile. She had them cauterized a few times as she was growing. BUT there are many reasons for nose bleeds - best to see the doc.

Ive never heard of nose bleeds being linked to anaemia. My bf brother had his nose cauterised because of nose bleeds and he still has them lol. Have you always had them or is it a new thing?

My son has them often, gp said he needs nose cauterised due to a kinda polyp type veiny cyst... it can bleed for no reason, can happen if he sneeezes...hope that helps

Suze ask the GP to refer you to an ears nose and throat [ ENT ] consultant. This is what I had to do for my daughter and it got sorted out.
