I was thinking of giving reflexology a go, I have heard that can be good to.

hiya kazzie i had accupuncture done by the physio i found it only gave me a short relief, but anything is worth a try as what doesnt work for one person might work for another, the best thing i have tried was hydrotherapy it was really good to be able to exercise with out the strain and being in a lovely warm pool was an extra bonus i did find that after the first few sessions i was really exhausted and achy but the more i went the better i got only problem is that through the physio you are only allowed 8 sessions and the local pool is not as good a place to do your exercises in and no where near as warm lol
