Subject: does any one know.....
whether if you are taking Dmards and steroids and still have swollen joints whether damage is being done to them? I don't want to up the steroids but my wrists, in particular, seem to be getting worse. Ankles not up to much either. Am worried am doing permanent damage. Guess I should phone the rheumy nurse but I've called her about at least three times already. Any thoughts gratefully received. Sally

you said it. if u still got lots of swelling meds not doing there job but some do take 12 weeks to work so how long has it been. but if worried phone and ask stress makes things worse good luck try not to worry sure it just taking time to work
