Subject: How would people with physical disabilities like to be shown in pictures?
Volunteers needed! For an online research study looking at how people with physical disabilities would like to be shown in pictures. It should only take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete online. Please click on the link to find out more details. http://cgi.csc.liv.ac.uk/-phil/manpsychproj/eligibility.php When you click on the link you will be asked 3 questions to see if you can take part - this data is not collected as part of the study. Once you have completed these questions an information sheet will come on screen to provide you with full details of the study. Once you have read this you will then be asked if you would like to take part and give your consent. The questionnaires include questions to gather general information re gender, location etc but no specific personally identifying information e.g. email address or name is collected. The study will involve choosing from a range of pictures which one is most like you and completing a satisfaction questionnaire. You will also be asked to answer some questions which would include statements such as: Some adults feel at ease with other people BUT other adults are quite shy, rated on a scale of ĪReally true for me, to sort of true for meā. You will be given directions on how to answer these questionnaires. The questionnaires should not take any longer than 30 minutes. The research is part of my Clinical Psychology Doctorate and I would be really grateful if you could spare some time to help. Thanks
