Yes had it loads of times, and I first applied for dla in march last year. They have refused me, and I have appealed and still got refused, it seems I didnt present my case at its worst as I should have done from reading other posts, (could kick myself now)it has ended up me having to go to tribunal, so still waiting for that date. So hang in there, hopefully your next letter will be to say what you have got it.

Agree with Angela there. It seems it's always refused the 1st time. Don't know why. When I applied the 2nd time I went to the Citizens Advice Bureau and let them fill it out they also said to put down the very worst senario. I got it then. Good Luck :)

Ahhh don't blame yourself Angela. I did one years ago and was too proud to actually admit to being unwell most of the time. Needless to say..... I didn't get it lol
