thanks shaz, bit fed up this morning did not sleep well lol. did not take pain meds yesterday and over did it a bit so could not sleep had to wait for meds to kick in. not happy about having to get up and go to work want to sleep but at least finnish at dinner for over a week. have great christmas do not over do it ?????

cheers val just back from my sisters in liecester had a lovely day been out for a meal to celebrate mums birthday, but shattered now so chilling out with nice glass of wine before attacking veg for tomorrows dinner have a lovely xmas and new year dont forget your pills lol

always do lol then pain lets me know soon enough . had lovely christmas day so far dinner was lovely tim sorted pudding so did not have that to do .
