We are a group of people who have arthritis. We are not affiliated to any organisation and are not medically trained. However... we all have arthritis ourselves and can offer loads of help, support and friendship to other people who have arthritis or other related conditions.

We started up our group (and this website) in April 2005 and aim to build up content and news as we go. We have decided not to try to duplicate loads of general information about arthritis on this site as there are some great sites out there that already offer this, see our links section for information about what is out there.

Our aim is to concentrate on the day-to-day business of having arthritis, how it affects our lives and how we deal with the challenges it throws up. We'd really like to build up a community of regular visitors to our site so please do visit our message board and just say hi...
